Lawnscaping Challenge #117 : I Love Ewe

Hello friends!

It's time for another Lawnscaping Challenge
Our theme is Thinking of You.

We are sponsored by the amazing Ellen Hutson. You have a chance to win a $25 store credit from her online store in which you can find some pretty amazing products! Ask me how I know!! Lol

I thought about finding a traditional love stamp set and build my card around it but as I was going through my stamps I kept going back to the cute sheep from Baaah Humbug from Lawn Fawn. Here is how I was inspired.

Eek!! I am so excited with how this turned out! It's simple and I absolutely love the kraft cards stock against all the white. Everything pops off the card!

I created a standard top folding card using Neenah Desert Storm card stock. I used 2 rectangles from the Lawn Fawn Large Stitched Rectangle Stackables to decorate the front of my card. I popped up the smaller rectangle with fun foam to make it the focal point.

I stamped the sheep using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with my Warm Gray Copic markers. I then used my Clear Wink of Stella brush to make it shiny. I die cut a scrap piece of white card stock using one of the Hillside Borders from Lawn Fawn and attached it to bottom of the smaller rectangle. I stamped two different hearts from Happy Trails using Memento Love Letter ink and then snowflakes from Making Frosty Friends using Hero Arts Unicorn White ink. I used the i heart from Love You S'more and ewe from Baaah Humbug to create my sentiment. I adhered everything together and then used my White Uniball Gel Pen to make a few squiggly lines around the card.

I really am happy with how it turned out. Now to figure out who I can send this one to.

You can see what the rest of the design team made for you on the blog and I can promise you won't be disappointed! Hope you've enjoyed my card I created today and were inspired.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
