Freshly Made Sketches 200th Celebration

Hello friends!

I am sharing a card today to help celebrate Freshly Made Sketches 200th Sketch Celebration!! It's a BIG accomplishment and something to celebrate. I've been running my own blog challenge for about 6 months now and it isn't easy! Congrats ladies!!

Here is the sketch they gave us to work with

and here is what I created

I love that in the crafting community we all have our own interpretations of how a sketch will look. I checked out all the competition before I started my card and I was blown away!! So many talented people out there and I love being apart of this community!!

I used Fossalized Amber distress ink to create the solid piece and the same color along with a stencil from MFT called Herringbone Brick. The sentiments are from a new set of mine called All About Ampersand from Lil' Inker Designs and I love, love, love it!! I stamped them in Versafine Black Onyx ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder to give it a shine. I attached the panel to a 4-1/4 x 5-1/2 top folding Neenah Solar White card base and rounded the corners with my We R Memory Keepers corner rounder. Finished it off with a few black enamel dots in two sizes and raised my hands in victory!! Hee hee!

I hope you enjoyed the card for today and were inspired. I'm getting my card entered in the challenge with an hour and ten minutes to spare!! Go ME!!

Have a great day!!
