July 14 : Paper Sweeties July Release Countdown

Morning friends!

I am back to share another project I created using another new set from the July Release at Paper Sweeties! For today I am showing off the Bee Happy stamp set and sweet cuts. I chose to make something different than a card for this one. I wanted to do something fun so I created a book mark.

How fun is this super adorable book mark! It was so easy to create that I might make some more with the other super cute creatures in this set. I can't wait for you to see the final reveal!

To create the book mark, I cut some honey colored paper to 6 x 2-1/2. Next I mixed some chalkboard paint and embossing paste together and applied it over a honey comb stencil to make this amazing design. I just couldn't resist when I saw this adorable bumble bee. I stamped the bee on the same honey colored paper and die cut him out using the Bee Happy sweet cuts and also stamped the sentiment from the set. I rounded the corners at the top, punched a hole and used some twine from my stash to tie a knot at the top.

I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out! Hope you were also inspired. The rest of the DT has created wonderful projects for you as well and you can find all of them below.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Please come back tomorrow for more new projects!

Have a great day!

Angel
