Tag You're It Challenge #23

My second post for today to share a tag and a few cards with tags that I made for the challenge at Tag You're It Challenge! I played along with this challenge when it first started but with life and all that it throws at me lately I haven't had a chance to play.

I saw that for their most recent challenge they are having a design team call. I love making tags so this would be such a fun team to be apart of.

For my first tag, I went with a Thank You tag for a teacher using some Lawn Fawn and Pretty Pink Posh products.

I used some Black Licorice card stock from My Favorite Things and vellum to die cut two Stitched Banner Duo tags from Pretty Pink Posh. On the black piece, I stamped apples from A Good Apple from Lawn Fawn with Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder.

I stamped the word Thank from A Good Apple on white card stock and adhered to top of tag, next I stamped the word YOU using Owen's ABC's from Lawn Fawn and die cut with matching dies. I heat embossed the word teacher with Versafine and clear embossing powder. The apples were stamped on water color paper and colored with my Zig Clean Color markers. I finished off the tag by adding a piece of white bakers twine.

After I was finished with that tag, I decided to make a  few cards and add tags to them. I used papers from Avery Elle with their matching ink and a Thank You stamp also from Avery Elle called Petal Panel. I love the simplicity of how they turned out and how easy they were to make! The Sparkling Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh are my go-to bling and finish the cards off perfectly.

Thank you for stopping by today! All products used are posted and linked below.

Have a great day,
