Hello Easter for The Friday Mashup

Hello and welcome back!

I am running very late on a few blog posts. I am back in Florida for 9 days. My best friends mother passed away on March 30. Her funeral was yesterday. It's been a long emotional week of planning. She is in a much better place and out of pain.

For this post, I am sharing my card as a Guest Designer at The Friday Mashup!

This week's Mash Up! Challenge:
  • Create a project using " So Saffron, Calypso Coral & Pool Party*".
  • Create a project using "Easter Critters".
  • or Mash it Up! and create a project with "Easter critters and the colors above".
The Challenge will close on Wednesday April 8th @ 6pm EST. Be sure to read the guidelines above under "about the FM" if you are new to our Challenge and Welcome. We can't wait to see what you create with this fun Mash' Up! Check out what the Design Team created below!

I don't know why I had a hard time coming up with a card for this one but it did take me a while. Maybe because I have so much going on right now and the creativity just isn't there.

I did a lot of blending on stencils, coloring with Copic markers and die cutting for this card. In the end, it turned out pretty darn cute! Love all the different dimension and textures!

Hope that you can join us for this mashup. Look forward to seeing what you create! As always, the products used are listed and linked below.

Have a great day!

  1. I'm very sorry to hear about your friends mom. I hope that you can all start to heal now and be comforted by the happy memories.

Your card is darling - I love the gradient on the 'hello' and the super cute bitten bunny!

    1. Thank you so much Tara. My friends mom is in a better place and in no more pain but she will be missed.

  2. Angel, your card is super sweet. I can tell I'm gonna like you already... stenciled honeycomb, sequins, vellum... lol. Welcome to the DT at the Friday Mashup.

    1. Thank you Amy. I love being a part of The Friday Mashup team for April :)

Thank you so much for your comments. Hope you will come back soon!
