Hello friends! I'm back with a new color challenge for Sunday Stamps Challenge Blog.
This week we are challenging you to use three different colors.... Yellow, Teal, Brown & Any neutral of your choice!
These colors were a challenge but I feel that I did well by them. I went back and forth with different layouts but knew that I wanted it rather simple. I think clean and simple is best when you have such bold colors like these.
I cut out three different sized circles with the Lawn Fawn circle stackable dies using all the colors in the challenge. I then cut out the deer head from Soft Suede card stock using a die from Essentials by Ellen product line. You can't tell in the pictures but I covered the deer head with clear embossing powder and heat embossed it. It looks cute all shiny.
I then cut out the word peace from another die cut from the Essentials by Ellen product line in the same Soft Suede card stock. I just love the font this word is in. So pretty. I finished the card off by splattering some teal colored spray from Heidi Swapp all over the base of the card.
No matter how hard I tried I could not get the tint of blue from showing up in the pictures. I apologize that they are not in better quality. Hope that you will join us in the challenge. It is opened for 3 weeks to allow the Design Team to take a break during Christmas.
As always, the products used will be listed and linked below. Please let me know what you think by leaving me a comment. I do love reading all of your sweet comments. Have a great day.
