Good morning and happy Monday. I am typing this blog post half asleep. I actually started on this last night and fell asleep with my laptop in my lap. I woke up in the middle of the night and couldn't figure out where I was. It's been a long 6 days. Long story short, I was in Utah since last Wednesday and got back last night. My body is all out of whack and I see a nap in my future today.
Today I am guest designing again over at the Lawnscaping Challenge blog. I still have to pinch myself that I was given the opportunity to be a part of this amazing blog. It is so exciting.
The challenge this time around is all about Watercoloring!! It's such a popular trend right now and once you start doing it you will be hooked!
I used my watercolors in a very subtle way this time. Distress inks were the way to go and it makes the technique so easy to do. I used an older set by Lawn Fawn but its one of my favorite of all time!
Don't you just love that little deer? He is so precious. I want to use him on every single card! I used distress inks to water color the background, grass, deer and cloud. I did an inlay die technique with the tag to give it a fun look. Lots of fun new products used here which I will share in the supply list as to where I got them.
This challenge is being sponsored by the always awesome Lawn Fawn and you can find their products HERE!
Head on over to the Lawnscaping Challenge blog and check out what the the amazing design team has to share with you! I know you won't be disappointed.
Have a great day and happy stampin!
