Eek! It pains me to even look at it. From far away it doesn't look all that bad but trust me, just trust me.
After a few days, it is finally like I want it. Well, let's be honest, there are a few things I would still change but like my hubby says "It's a marathon, not a sprint." Here's the newest panoramic view with some up close and personal pictures as well.
Much better! I look at this space especially in panorama view and realize just how blessed I am with a space like this and a very sweet husband who allows me to take up this much space in our house. He's probably just thankful that it's out of our sitting area space in our bedroom.
I thought about doing a video and showing every nook and cranny but I have yet to dive in to the editing of videos so I opted for pictures instead. Maybe.... Possibly.... Eventually, I'll take the plunge and do a video. So for now, here are some pics to enjoy or possibly to give you some ideas of your own.
My shelf of shame... I love Stampin' Up rubber stamps. It's probably one of the main reasons I am a consultant. Well, the stamps, paper, ink pad, etc......
I love my shelving units. One is from Making Memories and the other I bought from Michaels.
Basket from Hobby Lobby that holds some die cuts and embossing folders.
Two book cases that I stole from my husbands office one day when I talked him in to not needing them anymore and that I needed them more. Hee
My large collection of Cricut cartridges along with a Gypsy that hasn't been used in a very long time. Debating on whether or not to part with them since I've fallen in love with my Cameo.
Another basket full of die cuts that I've collected over years and years.
Awesome paper racks that holds all of my 12x12 patterned paper. So if I am being completely honest here, not ALL of my paper are on these racks. Where is it all hiding??? Who knows.....
I've just started using washi tape and I love it. This is all I have for now but I'm sure there is more in my future as it's so much fun to use.
6x6 paper pad collection from all different companies.
This was bought years and I mean years ago at Home Depot. It had been sitting under my desk for far too long being unused. It now houses brads, buttons, twine, paint brushes and still has a few drawers ready to be filled.
This is where I have set up all of my Project Life memorabilia. For those of you not familiar with Project Life, please visit Becky Higgin's blog here to find out more.
A few shelves that I hung to display work that I like to showcase.
My Big Shot and sewing machine. One of these gets used far more than the other. Can you guess which one collects dust?? It isn't the black one :)
I like to print my photos at home so these are my 2 photo printers. Love both of them equally.
My favorite picture of my Gangy (great-grandmother). She was an amazing woman who I miss dearly.
Top of my desk (also confiscated from my husbands office).
My Cricut and Silhouette Cameo. They get along just find sitting next to one another.
The desk never looks this clean!!!
So, that's it. Everything is nice and neat. Which means it's time to make it messy again. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!
